How to place an order

Shipping

We now send UK orders by Royal Mail Tracked Service at a flat rate of just £3.50 per order up to 15kg*!!

Stock up for all the family for best value for money! You can also specify a "Safe Place" for delivery if you are out!

*Up to 15kg packed weight, including all packaging.

Outside the UK, shipping goes by weight. The website calculates it when you add items to your shopping basket and choose the shipping zone.

Please select the correct zone for where you would like your order shipped to. You can then decide whether or not you wish to proceed.

To Find What You Want:

If you have a particular ailment or condition and are looking for something to help alleviate symptoms, click on "Ailments and Conditions", top left. You can then choose the one you are interested in from the list that appears on the left hand side below it. Click on the one you have chosen. This will take you to a list of products to explore, or you can click on an information page about it.

Sitemap:

There is also a Sitemap near the bottom of the list of links on the left of the page, or you can click here on Sitemap.

Search:

You can also use "Product Search", a short way down the page on the right to find what you want. If you have the barcode, you can type it in the search box to find the exact item you are looking for.

To place an order:

When you have chosen a product, simply click on "Add to Shopping Basket".

When you have selected all the items you want to order, go to the Shopping Basket, which is a little further down the page on the right.

When you have items in the Shopping Basket, you can click on "Display Shopping Basket" at any time to see or alter what's in it, and finally to check out.

You do not have to "Register" or sign in to make a purchase, but if you do, your details will be saved to make future purchases simpler.

In the Shopping Basket, in the Delivery Method section, click on "UK Mainland, Highlands...." to get the drop-down list of options. If you choose the UK Mainland, Highlands & Islands option, your order will be sent by  Royal Mail Tracked. You can keep adding items to your basket up to a weight of 14kg and the P&P will still be just £3.50! You can even specifiy a "Safe Place" such as "Please leave with a neighbour if out", or "Please leave in the shed if out"! Type where you want it left in the "Order and Delivery Comments" field in the Shopping Basket, Step 1.  

Card details are not saved.

Payments are made via PayPal's website or by debit or credit card via Worldpay's website.

The Payment Method option is set on Worldpay.

Click on "Worldpay" for the drop-down list if you wish to select and choose to use PayPal instead.

Both payment methods are of course very secure.

Click on "Check Out", below right, to continue to Step 2 of the check-out process.

You do not have to login or register to place an order if you choose not to, just complete all the required fields, which are marked with a *.

When you have entered your details, if you require the order to be sent to a different address, please tick the check box just below. More fields will then appear for the delivery details.

When completed, click "Next", bottom right, to continue to Step 3.

Click on "Pay" to be taken to the payment website of your choice to complete your purchase.
